5-Minute Guacamole!

This is simply the quickest way to make delicious guacamole!

Avocados provide us with around 20 different vitamins & minerals and are full of the healthy fats that your body craves. They also keep you full with all of those good fats + fiber!

Guacamole is my favorite way to eat avocados typically. I've been making this same recipe for about 2 years now because I think it has great flavor, plus it only takes five minutes and sometimes you just need guac & you need it now.

5-Minute Guacamole

Servings: around 3-4 cups

You can easily cut the recipe in half, too.


Ingredients:

6 avocados, not too soft or too hard

Juice of 1 small lime

6 Tbsp. of your favorite salsa

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. pink salt

Chopped cilantro, optional


Directions:

Halve the avocados, pit them, and dig out the pretty green insides!

Put in a medium sized bowl, mash to your liking.

Then, stir in remaining ingredients.

Adjust seasonings as needed.

Now you have a beautiful big bowl of guacamole!

Sprinkle on cilantro if you're feeling it. Enjoy!
