Lavender Blueberry Mylk (V+GF)

Anddddd... here is another fabulous drink recipe for you all!



When I sip on this, it reminds me of a lightly sweetened cake. It’s a beautiful purple color and, therefore, a great booster for your crown chakra! Blueberries are packed full of powerful little antioxidants. Lavender is a precious gem when it comes to relaxation. It’s just a nicely flavored, sweet and fun drink to sip on in the afternoons. It makes me feel happy, luxurious and inspired.




This recipe is also a wonderful base for other superfoods that you may like to incorporate. Ashwagandha powder would serve this recipe really well and further add to that relaxation and stress release. If you’re looking for some energy & hormone balance, add some maca root! The options are endless.


I used dried organic lavender in this as I have a giant bag of it that needs to be utilized, however, you can use fresh lavender from your garden as well. Both will suffice. 😊



This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled if you want to make some for the week to store in the fridge. Just make sure you shake it up before you drink as it will naturally separate.



Lavender Blueberry Mylk (V+GF)

Servings: 1-2

Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups oat milk (or any type of unsweetened non-dairy milk)

1/2 cup organic blueberries (frozen or fresh)

3 pitted medjool dates

1/2 tsp lavender flowers (I used dried)

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Sprinkle of sea salt


Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth and frothy!

Try drinking this in the afternoon or before bed for a wind-me-down.

Enjoy the blissfulness, sweet soul.
